Politically I'm a Market Anarchist. I sank to this level many years ago after becoming dissatisfied with the socialist party of the left as well as the socialist party of the right. Being naturally anti-authority by nature and nurture, I originally gravitated to libertarianism via my reading of Robert A. Heinlein, and Mark Twain in Middle and High School. Later, after reading L. Neil Smith and studying Ludwig von Mises, I eventually became a full-blown radical ZAP-loving Free Market anarchist and have never looked back. As bad and crooked as the Republican NeoCons are, it takes a Progressive to really be a liar and a cheat and abuse power (for the good of all, naturally) to achieve their lofty goals. I believe that they are just as bad as each other. I believe the Soviet Socialist States of America are in for some really tough times as we elect the most Marxist president since FDR. And like Roosevelt, Obama is going to tear at the very fabric of Freedom in this country. He will rend it so that future generations of Americans are going to someday look back and wonder what the hell the I also strongly believe that the forces of the Free Market are natural laws that can not be broken with impunity. Oh, governments will try to impose their own order and fairness into it by force. But like water, the laws of unintended consequences will seek to their own level and turn and bite the manipulators right in the ass. In reading the world economy it is obvious to me (and any Austrian Economist) that we are in for a LONG time of Recession/Depression until deleveraging occurs. The time to prepare for this is over, now it's only time to hold on and sing out WEEEEEE! If you haven't prepared for it, well you are pretty much fucked. Sorry, but that is just the way things are. Good luck with that. I, personally, won't go quietly into the dark, I'll continue to complain about the Obama Youth and their jack-booted thuggery. Rail at how they hoodwinked this country into a course that is purely lemming-like in its running off of the cliffs of collectivism. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. I've found that this is universal and no man or woman is immune to it. Some are just born "leaders" like Mr. Obama, who's destiny is to be at the front of the charge leading mankind into a nearly bottomless tyranny. No sympathy for the devil here... If my musings interest you then feel free to add me. If you think I'm a freak then you have a right to that opinion.
There is only but one rule here. NO DELETING POSTS -if you feel the need to change a spelling/grammar/HTML error, or a typo that makes the meaning hard to understand, that is fine as long as you replace it with the fixed post and don't change things much later. If you don't want to put things down here in stone then DO NOT POST it. I will not abide with people going back and changing history just to suit themselves -especially when the post has been replied to. That is very unethical and if you do this expect to get the BANHAMMER for it. It's about the only thing that will get me pissed here.
